The University of Florida Cytogenetics Laboratory is seeking a trained cytogenetic technologist for a position in our clinical/research cytogenetics laboratory. Duties may include cell culture (harvest), chromosome banding, chromosome analysis, karyotyping (blood, amniotic fluid, chorionic villi, skin fibroblasts, bone marrow, etc.), FISH, and CGH microarray.
A bachelor's degree in a biological science, with NCA CLSpCG certification or eligibility for certification as required by the State of Florida. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications/experience; excellent benefits are provided.
