FTP
These are instructions for connection to your g:\personal, g:\projects and g:\share folders using the File Transfer Protocol (FTP).
We use FileZilla as our client of choice. Use the link to download/install FileZilla. Once you have it installed, open FileZilla. You will see this screen:

From here, click on File->Site Manager. The Site Manager will open, and looks like this:

Click 'New Site', name it Pathology Secure FTP. Settings are as follows:
General Tab
Host: path-thor.ad.ufl.edu
Port: 21000
Servertype:
FTPES - FTP over explicit TLS/SSL
Logontype: Ask for Password
User: Your
myUFL userid
Transfer Settings Tab
Transfer Mode: Passive
Click OK to save the site. You will be back at the main window again.

Click File->Site Manager. Select the Pathology Secure FTP entry and click Connect. A dialog box will popup asking for your password. Enter your myUFL password and click OK.
You may get a warning about a certificate:

Check 'Always trust certificate in future sessions', then click OK.
You will be looking at the remote server and local files. The window will look like this:
